Lychpit Branch

Details of our proposed relocation

Crown Heights Medical Centre has been given approval by the commissioners to relocate its branch surgery from Lychpit to Old Basing Health Centre. At the moment we anticipate moving sometime between the end of May and the end of June 2018. We will be planning how we will do this over the next few months and once dates are finalised we will notify our patients.

When the branch surgery moves patients will have a choice to either see their nurse or doctor at the Old Basing Health Centre or see them at Crown Heights in the town centre.
